DigiMAT Travel is a business division of DigiMAT Business Solutions LLC. By using our services, contacting us for travel assistance, or authorising a payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Nature of Services
DigiMAT Travel operates as an independent, third-party travel consultancy providing travel-related assistance, booking support, itinerary guidance, and assistance with cancellations, name corrections, changes, and other travel enquiries upon request.
Independent Travel Suppliers
DigiMAT Travel is not an airline, hotel, railway, cab operator, or other transportation provider and does not claim to be directly affiliated with such suppliers unless expressly disclosed. All supplier services remain subject to their respective terms, availability, policies, and decisions.
Consultancy and Assistance Fees
DigiMAT Travel may charge a reasonable consultancy or service fee for assistance requested by a client. Applicable fees will be communicated before the service is undertaken and require the client’s authorisation.
Payment Authorisation
Clients authorise the agreed charges only after being informed of the applicable amount and purpose. Payments may appear under DIGIMAT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC on bank statements. Where applicable, a transaction may involve separate charges, which will be disclosed and authorised before processing.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the applicable supplier’s policies, and applicable law. Consultancy fees for services already performed may be non-refundable where legally permitted and disclosed in advance. Supplier refunds, where applicable, remain subject to the supplier’s processing and refund rules. DigiMAT Travel does not guarantee a refund, waiver, or reversal by a third-party supplier.
Changes and Booking Assistance
DigiMAT Travel may assist clients with booking changes, name corrections, cancellations, and related enquiries. Such requests are not guaranteed and may involve additional supplier fees, penalties, or processing time. Final approval rests with the relevant supplier.
Limitation of Responsibility
DigiMAT Travel is not responsible for independent supplier decisions, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, hotel service issues, or other events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate personal, payment, and travel information and independently verify passports, visas, travel documents, baggage allowances, check-in requirements, and other applicable travel conditions.
Privacy and Payment Security
Client information will be handled for legitimate business, service delivery, payment processing, and legal compliance purposes in accordance with applicable privacy and payment-security requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and relevant federal laws of the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply.
Acceptance
By accepting a quotation, authorising a payment, or proceeding with a requested service, the client acknowledges these Terms and Conditions.
